All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Call credits are non-refundable once purchased. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
By creating child profiles, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the children and consent to their information being used to provide personalized Santa call experiences.
We collect and store information as described in our Privacy Policy. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and used solely for providing the service to you.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
